From our offices in Dundrum, all support is handled by our engineer manned MSC, using Best-of-Breed technologies and management processes. Support calls and Managed Services alerts are recorded by our system.
Features include helpdesk, scheduling, escalation, warranty tracking and service contract management with incorporated performance monitoring. A unique identifier is automatically generated for each incident, which allows call tracking and reporting. Our Support Portal allows customers access to log and track their calls securely across the internet.
