Softech’s Managed Services Technology takes responsibility for the overall management of the client site, providing advanced reporting and advice on IT enhancement, capacity and forward planning. Utilising Best-of-Breed device monitoring and alerting technology, we monitor your servers, firewalls, and network components so that we identify problems before they arise.
We take immediate action either remotely or on-site to remedy incidents before they affect your business.
Fundamental to our customer focused ideology is a dedicated support team approach. Customers have access to a Technical Account Manager (TAM), our local engineer manned service desk and assignment of a highly qualified technician to each site. Support can be accessed via our Support Web Portal, E-mail, Telephone or Remote Access.
